A LITTLE BREATHING ROOM

Make room for your next idea.

Use your account’s remaining percentage and reset time to plan a daily allowance.

A small plan. A little more breathing room.

Based on your manual snapshot, spread over the time remaining. It does not read your account or measure tokens; usage changes need a new entry.

New here? Start in three small steps.
  1. Check your allowance

Open Codex usage and find the reset time for your 5-hour or weekly window.

  2. Keep your own clock

Name each countdown and enter the time in your device’s time zone. Keep up to six here.

  3. Read the public signals

Pick a date in the history to open its original announcement and check who it applies to.

FIELD NOTES

A clear view of what we know.

Public signals

We read Codex Resets’ public feed and link each report back to the original post. This is an intermediary feed, not a direct X connection.

Different kinds of reset

A usage reset and a banked reset credit are different events. Source reports and community observations are labeled separately.

An honest timestamp

Open pages check every five minutes. Upstream reports may arrive later. If a check fails, the last known data stays visible with a warning.

A few things worth knowing.

Is this my personal reset time?

No. The public tracker follows broader reset announcements. Your personal allowance and recovery time are shown inside your Codex account. Use My countdown to save that time here.

Can TokenReset actually reset my quota?

No. We only track public information. We never ask for your OpenAI password, API key, session cookie or account access.

Will I get a notification when a reset happens?

You can follow the RSS feed now, or export your personal timer to a calendar. Email, Telegram and browser push subscriptions are not enabled in this first release.

Why isn’t there a reset probability?

A historical average cannot tell us when an unannounced reset will happen. We show past intervals for context, and will publish probabilities only after the model has been tested.

Know the signal. Keep creating.
